Major W K Leet CB - Served in the Mutiny, Sekukuni and Zulu Campaigns, gaining the Victoria Cross in the last named. 2nd Lieutenant-Colonel 1st Battalion, July, 1881, and commanded it from May, 1883, until he exchanged to 2nd Battalion, which he commanded in the Burmese Campaign.
